Peanuts are rich in protein and other amazing nutrients. Nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts and pecans are rich in vitamins and minerals. Pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds are also good sources of these nutrients. Bring your favorite nut and grain mix or get a granola mix!
